Metcraft Industries Video Library This video is a Metcraft HET toilet that is setup in our lab to show our superior flush line carry test. The traditional ASME A112.19.2-2008/ CSA B45.1-08 drain line transport test requires you to flush (100) 3/4" dia. poly balls down a 60 foot pipe. The required passing test is for the 100 balls to average at least 40 feet. The standard also says that you can accomplish this with 1.6 gpf but we have taken this toilet down to 1.28 gpf and put (600) 3/4" dia poly balls. As you can see from the video the toilet passes all 600 balls out of the 60 feet with water to spare. While watching the video notice how much of the water is pushing the debris instead of pulling it down the line in a blowout type toilet.
This video is a Metcraft HET 1.28 gpf toilet that we flushed to show the flushing action of the toilet without anything in the bowl.
This video is a Metcraft HET 1.28 gpf toilet that we filled with (600) acorns. Notice that the pile of acorns is almost level with the toilet seat. After the flush the video shows how the bowl reseals slowly for a positive seal.
